  • Rice
  • Lentils
  • Whole wheat
  • Corn flour
  • Oats
  • Raisins
  • Dried cranberries
  • Brown sugar
  • Cliff bars
  • Nuts: almonds (great source of protein; peanuts; or mixed nuts
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Trail mix
  • Jerky sticks
  • Coffee: freshly ground, coarse for French Press or fine grind for AeroPress
  • Tea: English Breakfast, Green Tea, Jasmine, Lavender
  • Spices: Salt; Pepper; Paprica; Cayenne Pepper; Garlic Salt; Onion Salt
  • What ever suits my fancy at the time
